
Holy Week services remind us of salvation, eternal life

Holy Week in 2008 comes earlier than in any year since 1913. Although you may have to forego your Easter bonnet for a warm winter hat this year, the reason for the season remains the same: Jesus of Nazareth's message of salvation and eternal life.
Palm Sunday is March 16; Holy Thursday is March 20; Good Friday is March 21; Holy Saturday is March 22; and Easter Sunday is March 23.
BRIDGEPORT

During Holy Week, there will be no 7:45 a.m. Masses on Holy Thursday, Good Friday, or Holy Saturday, and there will be no 5 p.m. Mass on Holy Saturday.
