Vladimir Putin threatens to use hypersonic missiles against the US under a new Russian navy doctrine.

Russian President Vladimir Putin touted that Russian naval vessels would soon be equipped with hypersonic weapons on Sunday, and targeted the U.S. with a new navy doctrine.

The House wants to reinstate the ban on some guns in the first vote of its sort in years.

The legislation is likely to stall in the Senate, and Republicans have dismissed it as an election-year strategy by Democrats.
