A coffee shop chain called La La Land Kind Café has outlets in and close to Dallas, Texas, and Los Angeles, California.
Although the café takes great pride in producing mouthwatering handcrafted drinks, there is also a far larger reason for its existence.
The café’s simple tagline is “Normalize compassion.”

According to the café’s website, “We think that success is judged by the positive influence we have in society, not just how much money we make.”
So, exactly how does the business achieve that?
It is showing kindness to its consumers at its stores and all across the neighborhood.
At the time of this article, the café’s TikTok account had more than 6 million followers and 99.6 million likes.
What sort of videos are they producing, though?
According to a recent study, regularly consuming coffee can lengthen your life.
The account has created 74 “drive-by-kindness” films in which users scream encouraging words to individuals passing by on the street; one of these videos has received more than 16 million views.

According to studies, drinking 2-3 cups of coffee per day may be good for the heart.
However, the café also features a program for employees that stands out among other businesses’ programs.
La La Land made the decision to develop a program for foster adolescents who need jobs after realizing how many kids leave the foster care system and have trouble obtaining employment.
Every city’s flagship shop of the company offers a program for foster youngsters that lasts eight weeks and teaches them the skills they need to be successful in all facets of life.
They gain on-the-job training, customer service skills, and mentorship experience throughout the curriculum.
